How I Work

Debra prides herself on offering a first class service- most of my clients are referred through personal recommendation. In fact I do not advertise preferring clients to spread the word. I would never ask you to book more appointments than you need- I enjoy tailoring a clients guidance needs to their budget and can work out a detailed costing beforehand.

I offer a one to one dedicated, impartial and confidential approach to careers guidance and can supply an audio recording of your interview. At the end of you interview we will work together to decide the action plan which will be emailed to you within 24 hours.

Where I Work

I can arrange appointment times in my offices in either Cheshire or Yorkshire and can arrange times on most days of the week form 8am-8pm. I can travel to meet you in your home at an additional cost plus travel expenses. I can also offer Skype, telephone and email discussions.

I am registered as an Advanced Practitioner with the Institute of Career Guidance.

I am able to maintain awareness of developments within further and higher education as a member of the ICG HE practitioners group, through attendance at professional training events such as the ICG conference and workshops at The Armouries, Leeds in Feb 2011. I am a member of Higher Education adviser’s forum, AGCAS and CEIAG. I take my continuous learning and development very seriously and attend labour market information sessions throughout the year to maintain current employment knowledge.
